When I was sick, you visited me. (Mt. 25:36). Jesus’ ministry was not spiritual alone but comprised of compassion and charity. In his ministry he offered helps to the sick and the afflicted. He came to ease their burden every day. Following the same spirit, our ministry extends to accommodate the medical help to the humble and the poor. We used to conduct the screening test to find out the vulnerable people for different diseases. Eye checkups and dental checkups were made. The poor were supplied medicines and other free tests. The affected are advised to go to specialists. Blood tests and pressure tests were conducted for all and therefore they were able to find out their vulnerability to become diabetic.
